This $560,000 project included the complete demolition of a grain storage facility, warehouses and office space, including several storage elevators measuring over 200 feet high to prepare the site for the new Seneca Buffalo Creek casino. SCMC managed demolition/asbestos abatement, disposal of surplus material, sewer and water cuts, permits and city bond required to complete the demolition of the former Ho Oats facility. This project also included the removal and disposal of underground storage tanks and contaminated soil. The site was left fenced, level and backfilled with clean hard material free from asbestos.
